Include the email you use for blssdAdvice and a brief description of the problem. Please do not send passwords, reset links, card numbers, or private reflection text.

You can cancel renewal in account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund; see the Refund Policy for first-purchase, accidental-renewal, and unused top-up requests.
