A clear agreement, in plain language.
Effective . These Terms are a contract between you and the operator of blssdAdvice. Please read them before creating an account or paying.
1. Operator and contact
blssdAdvice is a service operated by an independent sole proprietor based in Washington, D.C., United States. In these Terms, “blssdAdvice,” “we,” and “our” refer to that operator. Contact support@blssdadvice.com.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Do not create an account for a child. By checking the agreement box and creating an account, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.
New paid subscriptions are currently available only to adults who reside in the United States and access checkout from the United States. Free access outside the United States does not mean that every feature, law, currency, or payment method is supported there.
3. What blssdAdvice provides
blssdAdvice uses AI to connect a situation you share with people, themes, and passages in Scripture. It may also transcribe audio you record. Saved reflections use an image-free journal design.
The service is not a pastor, counselor, doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, emergency service, or replacement for Scripture. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Verify Scripture and important conclusions, use your own judgment, and involve qualified people for serious decisions. Read the Safety page before relying on the service in a crisis.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and tell support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the law says otherwise.
Do not misuse the service. This includes accessing another person's account, bypassing limits, automating abusive requests, probing for secrets, disrupting the service, reselling access without permission, submitting unlawful material, violating another person's rights, or using output to threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or harm someone. Do not submit another person's private information unless you have a lawful and necessary reason.
5. Plans, prices, and limits
- Free: 3 trial Scriptural Mirrors total per account, with no monthly reset, and 1 saved Field Guide entry.
- Plus monthly: $14.99 USD charged each month.
- Plus annual: $149.99 USD charged once each year. The displayed monthly equivalent is only a comparison.
Plus includes 30 new Scriptural Mirrors each month, up to 5 in a day, 60 voice-transcription attempts each month when voice is available, unlimited Field Guide saves, personal reflection names, and Journey features. Security, technical, and anti-abuse limits still apply.
When offered, a one-time $4.99 USD top-up adds 10 Mirror credits and 20 voice attempts. It is available only with an active Plus subscription, is limited to 3 packs per UTC calendar month, and is not a recurring charge. Unused credits remain available while the subscription is active; deleting the account removes them.
The checkout screen controls the offer you purchase. If its price or included use conflicts with older marketing copy, stop and contact support before paying.
6. Recurring billing and taxes
Plus subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or yearly interval until you cancel. Before Stripe checkout opens, you must confirm the renewal price and frequency and accept the current Terms. Stripe may collect applicable taxes and will show the final amount before you authorize payment.
You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for each renewal and applicable taxes. Keep your billing information current. Failed or disputed payments may pause paid features while they are resolved.
Annual subscribers receive an email reminder 30–60 days before each automatic renewal. It states the renewal date, price, cancellation deadline, and an active link to Account Settings.
7. Cancellation
You can stop future renewal in Settings. Ordinary cancellation keeps Plus access until the end of the paid period shown there; it does not delete your account. You can resume before the scheduled end date if the control is available.
Account deletion is different: it removes account access and linked app data and queues immediate subscription/customer cancellation and cover cleanup. If Settings is unavailable, email support before the renewal date. Cancellation and refunds are separate; see the Refund Policy.
8. Your content and generated material
You keep the rights you have in information you submit. You give us permission to process it only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and support the features you request. You are responsible for having permission to submit it.
AI output may not be unique, and we do not promise that you own exclusive rights in generated text or art. The featured Bible quotation is drawn from the Berean Standard Bible source used by the app. External reading sites, Bible translations, fonts, and third-party materials remain subject to their own terms.
9. Availability, changes, and termination
We may fix, change, pause, or discontinue features for security, legal, provider, or product reasons. We will not silently increase a recurring price for an existing subscription; notice and any consent required by law will come before a new charge.
We may limit or suspend access to protect people, investigate fraud, stop abuse, or comply with law. When practical, we will explain the reason and a way to contact support. If we end paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach or misuse, we will provide any refund required by law and a fair refund for unusable prepaid time.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law permits, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular spiritual or personal outcome, or that every response is accurate. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
To the extent the law permits, blssdAdvice is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by use of the service. For claims that may legally be limited, total responsibility will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid blssdAdvice during the 12 months before the claim or $100 USD. This limit does not apply where the law forbids it or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Governing rules and disputes
These Terms are governed by District of Columbia and applicable United States federal law, without taking away mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please email support so we have a fair chance to resolve it. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive participation in a class action.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product reasons. We will post the new effective date and give appropriate notice before a material change applies to an existing paid subscription.
